Thanks for this report, but we can't reproduce the problem; which web browser (and which version, from which OS) are you using? Can you display some other pages from this server, e.g. this one? Do you get any other and more detailed error message? Thanks!

I think I may have figured this out. Malwarebytes is blocking the connection to ctmservices.gotdns.ch. It is classifying that as a phishing site. That is breaking the connection when I submit the form. It is probably nothing wrong with your server. Maybe you should check why that server is categorized as a phishing site.
