Hello-
After working somewhat flawlessly for years PM now won't work at all- it
goes to beachball upon receiving the 1st email and necessitates a Force
Quit. Any ideas on how to erase and reinstall? What Library files get
trashed?

Hello,
After making a backup of your PowerMail Files folder, try holding the option and command keys upon launching and clicking all options on.

And now the same problem- only this time all the inbuilt repairs are not
working at all.
