Hi, as the title asks, can Foxtrot display a PDF file's document outline links?

Example a document's outline links:

If Foxtrot could show where the previewed page is situated among the document's outline links (e.g., where is the page situated among Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, etc.), it would be quite helpful, especially for PDF files with a large number of pages (e.g. textbook).

FoxTrot shows the table of contents of PDF files in the right pane, when you open them in a separate window (in FoxTrot Professional only). It shows the number of occurrences in each section, and as you expand a section, in each subsection. As you scroll the PDF document, the current section is shown in bold in the table of contents.

thanks jerome. Having exceeded the trial period for the pro version, are there ways to see/trial this feature before buying a pro licence?

You can't update an index after the trial has expired, but you can continue to search your existing index to experiment with this particular feature.

A step-by-step guide by me:

When you get to this "stage":

/index.php?t=getfile&id=70&private=0

Click "Action" in the top bar, and select "View in Foxtrot Pro".

It would be nice if Foxtrot developers could consider providing an option to view the "outline + search result snippet" panel without opening a whole new window like in this mock-up screenshot?
