Drag the file from FoxTrot's results to a plain text TextEdit window; do the same from the Finder. Are the paths identical? Do they contain some non-ascii characters (this should be OK, but if the files are stored on a non-APFS nor HFS+ drive, maybe there are some situations where some special characters could cause some problems)

If the files are on an external or network drive, and this drive has been unmounted and remounted since the last indexation, it is technically possible that mounting path has changed.
