Hello,
a  simple question: how can I view a specific file in Finder? I haven't found a "Show in Finder" entry -
Sure, using the mouse brings up the "Reveal in Finder" pull-down menu, but the file appears inactive there, and I can only select the directory
containing the asset. When I do that, it shows me the directory in Finder, but not the file itself - ?
I am searching through directories containing thousands of files - ?

Another problem is that I cannot move files found on a file server into a folder or to the Trash.
I get an error message stating that this is not possible -"An error occurred when moving 1 item move to Folder / to the Bin."
However, this works fine on the local hard drive. I have full read/write permissions on the file server.
My FoxTrot version is v8.6.2 (trial); my macOS version is v26.5.1.

Or is it due to the trial version?
If anyone has any information for me, I would be very helpful.

Frank
