Hi. I'm a great fan of this app as an academic who regularly has to chase up quotes and ideas from across many sources. I have a few suggestions for ease of use.
1. Would it be possible to provide options to completely hide items in the left hand sidebar, e.g. Location, age, Item Kind, Extension etc...? This would declutter the GUI for users who don't use certain filters. For example I only use the search sources options, so having all the other options there is distracting. Especially as the sidebar cannot be entirely hidden.
2. Relatedly, would it be possible to make the left-hand sidebar entirely collapsible?
3. Perhaps I'm missing this, but could we have a menu item for 'open with external application' so that a keyboard shortcut can be assigned to it? For me this is a regularly used function, and I much prefer keyboard only control to mousing over to foxtrot, selecting the toolbar item or right-clicking.
