I upgraded to FoxTrot Pro 4 in May of 2014. In July, I installed the 5.0
upgrade. However, I never received a new registration code. I contacted
customer service over a month ago, and they promised to send a registration
code. It never arrived, although I have contacted them several times. I'm
hoping that someone in the service department reads this forum and corrects
the problem. My "trial" period has run out and I am unable to update my
index.

Thank you for the explanation of the problem. I am puzzled about this since
no one else is having a problem reaching me via the att account. At the
moment I do not have the option of sending a private email on another
(non-gmail) server. However, if you send me an email at
and simply include the proper registration code,
that would be acceptable.

I just sent an email from a new hotmail account. Please send registration
code to that address.
