I have uninstalled and reinstalled Foxtrot Professional and every time the
machine does not have "My Computer" checked in search sources. When I try
to check it to add it so I can search, it asks for my credentials for my
local user account. I type it in and it does nothing. Any insight would be
appreciated, The program worked earlier in the week, no update or anything
it just randomly started and doesn't correct itself when doing an
uninstall.

Thanks

First, can you send us an automated report? To do this, press the command and option keys while launching FoxTrot Pro; check the "Force-quit agents, and send report" checkbox.

Then, are you using version 5.5.1? If not, please install the update.

Does restarting your Mac make a difference?

You can also try to force-quit "FoxTrot Starter", using Activity Monitor.

Hi Jerome,

I was able to successfully download 4.5.2, as that is the license version I purchased, but it’s not yet working. When I launch Foxtrot, I’m prompted to enter my registration code and email, but it I get this message box:

I’ve verified both the code and email are entered correctly. I just sent you the automated report as well. Restarting the Mac has not resolved the issue.

Thanks,
Jeff
