Preferences, General pane, "Recent folders menu: [clear menu]".

1) It would be much better if there was a way to delete INDIVIDUAL items in  
that list. “Clear Menu” forces us to start from scratch. 
 
2) I have one item in my menu that fails to disappear even after clicking  
on “Clear Menu”. What do I need to do to make it go away?
