I am not sure to understand exactly what you mean; the "Move to folder..." menu item (from the toolbar action menu, or from the contextual menu in the result list) should show a standard open dialog to select the destination folder. Is this dialog not working correctly? If so, this seems a system issue. Is the open dialog working fine in other applications? Does the problem persists after a reboot?
The "action" toolbar menu should also include some "Move to folder "xxx"" items, with recently used folders. If this list is not accurate, you can reset it in the General preference pane.

This usually occurs when the file is not found, either because it has been deleted, renamed, or moved since the last index update, or because it is on a network volume that is not currently mounted in the Finder.
