Usually, the Finder shows a volume whose label (name) is identical to the filesystem mount point, but this seems different in your case. What should be indicated in "Volume name", in the File Sharing Integration pane, is in fact the last component of the mount path; in your case, it is "Workspace" (make sure to respect the case).
"Shared folder" should be the folder or volume, on the server, which corresponds to the mounted volume on the clients. In your case, as the volume is mounted the same way on the server and on the clients, you should select this "Media" volume.
However, if you run "FoxTrot Search Admin" and connect to a remote FoxTrot Server, the standard file select dialog (which should show the "Media" volume as it appears in the Finder) is replaced by a non-standard dialog in which the volume may appear with its mount point name "Workspace".
If the problem persists, please reply to me directly.
