In fact, this is true, but this is probably not what you should index with FoxTrot.

Instead, you should make sure that your DEVONthink database has a Spotlight index, then add to your indexed locations in FoxTrot the folder {home folder}/Library/Caches/Metadata/DEVONthink 2 (or DEVONthink Pro 2).
