This is really strange. I can't reproduce this. In fact, with version 6.0.2, this Quick Look window could be visible when FoxTrot was launched from an AppleScript, or from FoxTrot's system menu. Version 6.0.3 is supposed to fix that, and in your case, it does the opposite.
Are there other people seeing this issue?
