Anyone have experience with foxtrot attache search? I am trying to decide
if it is worth the investment. It appears that the app has not been
updated since 2014.
Wanted to see what peoples experience was when including the source pdf (I
need the images to be available not just the text). I want to get it for
the iPad pro, but at this point i don't know if it worth it since it hasn't
been updated. I was told they were working on an update, but would not
provide a time frame, which makes me think it wont happen anytime in the
near future.

Hello,
As the authors of FoxTrot Professional Search and Attaché, I just want to point out that we are indeed working on a new version but as it is a product that reads index files created by FoxTrot Pro, there simply has not been much more to add to it compared to the work done on FoxTrot Professional actually creating the index files.
We wish the App Store had a mechanism for demo versions so you could try it before you buy, but your exposure to risk is hoever imited to the 25$ US purchase cost for the application. I can tell you that our current internal build does work on the iOS simulator in iPad Pro size without having made any changes to the screen size code.

Similar decision process - I am leaning toward purchasing attache - mainly
because I love Foxtrot and want to support the product line. One additional
question - If I want the full PDF file available, does it download that on
demand? I have thousands of PDF medical articles and books indexed, and
even compressed they could not fit on my iPad Pro.
Thanks for a great product!!
