Hi,
I am using FoxTrot Professional Search, version 7 on a Mac running Big Sur 11.4.

I had been using the program just fine, but due to an unrelated mishap, I needed to reinstall it.

Now, the app opens, but it is unresponsive (spinning multicolored wheel...)

Can someone help me diagnose the problem?

If the problem still occurs (sorry for the late answer!), please open Activity Monitor (from /Applications/Utilities), type FoxTrot in the toolbar search field, select FoxTrot in the list and choose "sample process" from the wheel popup menu; then send us the result file. Thank you
