Dear tech. support,

on my imac 27 with Macos Big-Sur I have sep update index about 4 hour on my Fox-Trot search Pro.

Until a few days ago it was working correctly. Then it stopped working and no longer starts updating except by closing and reopening the application.

Can you help me understand the problem and how can I solve it?
