I am a licensed user of FoxTrot professional version 5… Should I have
received my coupon by now for the new version? I haven't so I am not sure
what to do.

I am in the same situation. Wondering whether or not I have to pay the
full price for version 6 or whether there's a coupon.

ALL EXISTING FOXTROT CUSTOMERS ARE ENTITLED TO A COUPON.

If you haven’t received one, it may be that the address on file is obsolete or rejected our email.

We are a bit overwhelmed with the positive response to version 6 right now but should be back up to date on emails by friday.

If you haven’t received a coupon, please use the following form:

http://www.ctmdev.com/support/index.html

and enter your information. We will issue you an adequate coupon.

I am in the same situation as far a not having a proper coupon to upgrade
to version 6. I have sent my second email to the company per their
response to this thread.

I am in the same position. I have filled in the email and included my
previous registration code and my old email (blue yonder) and my new one
(gmail) and still I don't get a coupon. There are only 12 days to go and I
am beginning to panic!
