Hi Folks,
I'm working with the new FoxTrot Professional Search 5.0b7 build 1264, and
think there's a bug: when I select multiple file and try add a tag to all
to them, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. By "doesn't work", I
mean that the cursor hovers in the tags field, but the editing procedure
doesn't start -- as if I can't click the tag box. It doesn't seem
arbitrary: the same group of files will fail to work, and the same group of
files will work. I can replicate the actions and send whatever logs you'd
like...

As best as I can tell, this depends on the location of the files. I have
files under different "trees" under my home directory, and it *appears*
that when I select files in different trees and attempt to edit the tags
for the multiple selection, the problem occurs. Seems odd, so I'm even sure
this is the right condition, buts its what I can see now.

Thanks,
Zvi

This occurs when the selected files were found from different indexes (when searching in multiples indexes). We will try to fix this after version 5.0 is released.

Thanks for the report
