ISSUE: Excel document preview and search of keywords [message #349]

I have an issue sometimes when Excel documents are returned. I click on the
Excel document and see it in the preview window; however, my search terms
are not highlighted and navigable. I thought maybe I needed to find the tab
on which the search terms were located; however, the occurrence counter and
dropdown never changed.

Anyone have any guidance on this issue?
