I just bought a full single licence to version 6. The link with my serial
downloaded a dmg containing version 5, which won't accept my serial. What
now?

Sorry, as version 6 is still in beta, the download URL you receive currently still references version 5. You can download both versions from http://ctmdev.com/download/index.html
