Hello,
I am not seeing the highlighted words in my pdf documents. Other formats
the words are highlighted. Is there a fix for this? Maybe I have something
turned off.

This an Apple bug present from macOS 10.13 to 10.13.3. It is not present in 10.13.4 beta.
