Hi,

I've asked a few times over email for help, but I haven't heard from anyone
at CTM on this.

Had a hard drive crash. I bought a new drive and re-downloaded Foxtrot,
but now the trial version has expired and I don't wish to re-buy Foxtrot.
How can I accomplish this and what do I need to do?

Thanks

Jeff

You can re-download version 4.5.2 from our web site. If you enable beta versions in the preferences, it will update to version 4.6b4. Both versions should work correctly, if you have any trouble please send us a detailed report of the problem.

Kind regards

Hello,

I had a drive swap over the weekend and again am encountering this problem. When I went to the CTM website to download 4.5.2, I received this error message:

Can you assist?

Thank you,
Jeff

Jeff

This is an easy one and nothing to do with CTM

Your Mac has obviously had a new system and therefore by default is not allowing third party installers to run

Go to System Prefs then Security and Privacy

Click the General tab and then the Padlock bottom left. Put in your password

Now choose Allow apps downloaded from - Anywhere

Follow any prompts and then relock the padlock if you want to.

Your installer will now run - just an Apple thing to protect itself.

All the Best
