strange window in Foxtrot Professional 6.0.3 [message #687]

Just updated Foxtrot Professional to 6.0.3 build 1718 and everytime it
loads it displays a strange extra floating window saying 'no itmes
selected' in large text. Fortunately there is a button to close the window
but it's a major irritation. Can someone advise me on this
