I was one of the early customers (2006) and I remember when it took the better part of the day to index my files which were far, far fewer. I just indexed 580,000 files (3GB index) in less than 10 minutes. I thought I must have done something wrong but no. Between the SSD, the FT upgrades, and the M1 chip, I am blown away by the speed.
