In order to open the indexed files from a client FoxTrot Pro, the files should be on a shared folder or volume, and FoxTrot Search Admin should have been correctly configured, in the "Sharing" pane:

- "File Sharing integration" should be checked

- "Shared folder" should be set to the volume or folder that is shared

- "Volume name" should be set to the name of the network drive corresponding to this shared folder, as it appears in the Finder on the client machines

- optionally, if the network drive may not have been previously mounted on the client machine, "Auto-mount URL" should be set to an URL that will mount this network drive.

Let me know if the problem persists
